Namaste – What does it mean by ‘Bookings are closed for this event’. Do general audience need to RSVP or is the booking option for vendor booths? Can any family simply walk in to attend this event?
RSVP is recommonded so that the food can be planned accordingly.
Booth registraion option is for those who which represent a state or culture (food, performance and educational component). Preferance is given to Non profit community organizations represeting that state or region.
You can register a booth to sell any items such as cloths and artwork etc.
