Rules:
All participants (Choreographers, Coordinators and Performers) must be 2024-25 ICS Members
Only Group participation is allowed for this event.
Each group must have a minimum of 8 performers
You can have maximum 2 choreographers and 2 coordinators
Performers can perform in only one group
If your group is not present 30 minutes prior to scheduled slot back stage then only if time permits your group will be allowed to perform at the end
All groups are responsible for keeping the assigned dressing rooms and other areas of this Historic venue clean
Audio tracks, group photos are due by Oct 27, 2024 11:30 PM EST

Please note that All of us have responsibility to make sure that we as community do not tarnish the image of Indian Community and retain this venue for future events! (unmarried and under 25)

General seating and dinner at the Grand Diwali Celebration 2024 are included for 2024-25 members with an option to upgrade to VIP experience.
Individual membership – $91 ($101 starting Monday Oct 21st  2024)**
1 single adult over the age of 18
Couple membership – $131 ($141 starting Monday Oct 21st  2024)**
2 adults (over 18) legally married to each other
Family membership – $181 ($201 starting Monday Oct 21st  2024)**
2 adults (over 18) legally married to each other and up to 3 kids (unmarried and under 25)

The VIP experience includes   

• Balcony Access to the event
• Dedicated food section for VIP guests
• Opportunity to mingle with ICS Sponsors, Donors, Board members and other VIP pass holders
• Dedicated queue for entry pass pickup at venue

* ICS may charge additional fee for non forecasted charges imposed by rented facilities for any damages or venue cleanup after the event.
